About the Clash Project

Client downloads, core background, and documentation standards.

Our Scope

Clash Download Center is a resource site for the Clash ecosystem, bringing together safe download links for clients across platforms, subscription import instructions, routing rules, and troubleshooting guides. This site is not affiliated with the original Clash project or any client developers. Features and support vary by project; refer to each project’s documentation for details. Choose an installer on the downloads page, or start with the setup guide for your initial configuration.

How the Open-Source Cores Relate

The original Clash introduced a rule-based proxy core and configuration system; the project is no longer maintained. Clash Meta expanded its protocol and routing capabilities, and continued under the name mihomo. Client interfaces and cores are separate layers, so settings with the same name may work differently, and older configurations are not guaranteed to be compatible. When choosing a setup, check the client’s maintenance status, core type, and required configuration fields.

Editorial Standards

We verify download links against project release channels and app store listings, distinguish actively maintained clients from archived ones, and never infer a download’s source from its filename. Guides are maintained using reproducible, hands-on steps and note any required permissions or configuration. Older steps may need updating as interfaces and cores change. Subscription URLs may contain access credentials; redact them before troubleshooting. If a step doesn’t match what you see, check the FAQ or use the guide to pinpoint the difference.

Responsible Use

This site provides software links and technical information. It does not sell proxy services or guarantee the availability of third-party subscriptions. Follow the laws, network policies, and terms of service that apply where you are, and configure proxies only in environments where you have authorization. Before changing system proxy settings, DNS, or routes, save the original values and restore them if problems occur. Connection results depend on your local network, configuration, and server status.
